📦 Return Policy

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging.

• The original box, tags, and invoice must be included at the time of return.

• Products that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

• Used or worn watches

• Products damaged after delivery

• Sale or discounted items (if mentioned at the time of purchase)

💸 Refund Policy

• Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via online  transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by HR Collection.

• For other returns, shipping charges may apply.
